Womb teachings in Canada Aug 4-6

It’s taken years, but I’m finally getting down into my womb. Yes, I’ve taught wondrous things about the womb, but I’m now really ARRIVING THERE in my own body.
I was inspired several years ago by Xanet Paillet, who in a private salon in the San Fran Bay Area, told the story of her journey from total disconnection from her sexuality to becoming what I call a “yoni coach.” I was particularly inspired by her vision of a post-menopausal life full of sexual vitality.
I’ve been working privately with Xanet for the past few months to discover much more about my own yoni. Through her insightful teachings & coaching, I’ve learned things about my anatomy & pleasure that I wish I’d learned years ago.
The Womb Speaks
One of the most illuminating things Xanet has had me do is a kind of deep breathing in and out of my vagina, followed by stillness & the invitation to hear what my yoni has to say.
I was stunned to receive the messages of my yoni, which had been carrying the pain of all woman. This manifested in a low-level physical pain that I was attempting to screen out most of the time… but was still there.
What I’ve loved most about these teachings is the permission to have pleasure as a kind of matter-of-fact thing, like eating good food or enjoying a steaming bath. Through the course of this coaching, I’ve shed a layer of shame that was programmed into me by the Catholic church.
I mean I really SENSED this shame body as a kind of entity that feeds off people’s authentic sexual energy by keeping us either repressed or by twisting our sexual energy into distorted behaviors.
Yoni Breathing & Holy Womb Chakra Teachings
Yoni breathing is just one of the practices I’ll share at the Reclaiming Our Holy Womb Power & the Female Mysteries of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades workshop I’ll be offering Aug 4-6 with Maureen Walton at her Wyldwood Sojourn sanctuary in Ontario Canada.
I’ll also be bringing powerful teachings as a newly certified Holy Womb Chakra System instructor. Those mystery teachings will be coming thanks to my upcoming participation in a five-day intensive led by Cindy Lindsay.
