Whenever I meet people who recognize me from my work with the school, the most consistent comment is: I so appreciate how transparent you are about your own process.
People tell me that my honest reflections about my challenges & foibles give them permission to be spiritual while still being human. One of my roles seems to be to shine the light on the log(s) in my own eye so that people feel safer looking at their own.
I’ve learned there are 2 types of teachers: those who hold a very high vibration for others to emulate, and those who are companions on the same path with you, maybe occassionally a few steps ahead.
So… call me your sacred sister. Or, as a Buddhist holy man I know puts it, your “spiritual friend.”
Feeling the Excruciation
Thus, on this Solstice, I’m poised to share a bit more.
The big news is that transiting Pluto has been opposite my natal sun since 2015 & this will continue thru 2017. Translation: I’m screwed.
Actually, not really. This transit puts you through fun-filled aspects of the Underworld both within & outside yourself. By cavorting with Persephone down under, you face personal & collective demons – and that means you can truly come into your power.
For me personally, this transit has resulted in the PTSD from childhood coming to the fore as though the traumas happened yesterday. Grief, shame & terror that I repressed for decades to “get through” have been emerging for me to love myself more than ever.
I find that moving through emotional episodes with genuine unconditional love for myself leaves me feeling ever so much clearer afterward, with renewed energy. Such surges are like ayahuasca purges of the soul.
This is strengthening me, not only for my personal life, but for my work with others. I’m embodying more & more a kind of road map out of hell that I’m finding is helping clients tremendously.

Looking the Shadow in the Eye
My Pluto transit also seems to be putting me in contact with the collective demonic – and spurring me to talk about it, as you may have been noticing over the last year in my posts.
The messages I’ve received about sexual abuse as caused by entity possession & aided by an uncanny technology of time manipulation, for example, have been translated into video recently, thanks to Denny Hunt, who has a dedicated YouTube channel for all manner of truth tellers.

These videos contain power & are answering a lot of questions for people. (Put golden light around you to buffer as you watch.)
There was some “blow back” on the astral after we put them out – aka, “psychic attack.” I had crossed the “taboo threshold” & the negative forces put out the usual energies they do to shut folks up.
How did I figure out I was under attack? My personal demons got REALLY LOUD, almost to the point of ridculousness, leading me into a pit of despair I hadn’t felt in a while.
The way out of that was to CALL IT publicly & ask for support. I followed by doing even deeper inner child work.
Because pychic attacks only attach where you have wounding. And it’s really important for all truth tellers to know this. The more you heal, the less vulnerable you are to the thought forms & energies that are out there to keep humanity in suffering.
YOU Bouncing Off the Walls, Too?
Many of us are feeling an intesification of energies, as thought it’s ratcheting up & up & UP. This has been going on since before 2012, and just when we feel there’s a reprieve it seems that something else hits us.
It’s important to understand what’s happening as a sign of Ascension of the planet. A lot will need to dissolve, die, or be thrown off for us to get to a new level of soul growth.
And then… time has sped up. My intuitive clock tells me that an hour feels now like only 40 minutes at most, sometimes 30. So that means we’re all running around more & more to try to fit things in, adding to our stress.
Plus we’ve had recent world events, which have stimulated present & past life traumas regarding persecution, fascism, holocaust & cataclysm. I offered some suggestions on moving through our collective discomfort here.
As we head fully into the Solstice, which in the North is the dark time of year, Mercury will be retrograde & in a T square with Jupiter & Uranus (potential disruption & agitation). What’s more, Jupiter is set to square Pluto (potential power struggles).
Translation: Just be aware that IT’S NOT JUST YOU.
How to Lift Yourself
Use the time of Solstice to go yin & focus on releasing what doesn’t serve.
And remember: “In our hour of darkest trouble, Mother Mary comes to us, speaking words of wisdom: Let it be.”
