Thoughts & tips to get going, from exactly where you are ~ and inspiration to go further

This week I was supporting a client whose company is about to make layoffs. She was concerned about the energies of fear swirling around her organization, which have been stimulated by the domino effect of contractions going on in her industry ~ all of part of the teeter-tottering of the larger economy ever since the “shut downs.”

As I looked at the situation clairvoyantly, I saw: THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY, both for her and the staff who will soon be let go.

I started seeding the idea of “5th dimensional business” for myself right there.

I saw that applying the higher perspective to her situation led to a much more hopeful picture. For one thing, we understood that the people being “let go” are actually going to be “set free.” They will be able to enjoy severance while taking stock of their life and how and where they actually want to be making a living. Some of them will feel secretly exhilarated that the Universe did what they did not have the courage to do themselves.

This client also had the opportunity to add a healing touch to the situation by holding this “liberation” thought form DAILY for her employees. Further, she could advocate for her company to offer emotional support services and career guidance sessions to folks during this transition. This would allow people to work through any trauma being stirred so they could more fully grasp the ring that was being offered.

This concept of 5D business was fully verbalized in a session with another client, Athena Seye, where we discussed how she could get the high-level cosmic information she’s been receiving into the world more freely as a part of her expanding livelihood. We ended talked about how the Healing the Womb 3 sacred weekend container I did with Xi Earthstar and Indigo Angel was a keen example of a synergistic higher-dimensional business model ~ and we discussed how Athena and I might work with this together ourselves.

Your Small Step Toward 5D Work

These vignettes are examples of 5D in the business arena, indeed. They’re the seeds of the “New Economy” ~ a realm where how we spend our days is in alignment with our deepest soul mission. A realm where food supplies are abundant and flowing, where we’re growing and expanding through joy every day, where we’re working together to keep ourselves and one another healthy. Where our inner gold ~ our inner gifts ~ are the main currency of exchange.

In 5D business, what we’re doing is actively solving problems and issues plaguing our planet without creating OTHER problems.

I invite you, spirit worker, to shine the light of 5D awareness more brightly into your own financial or work life. How could you begin co-creating the New Economy where flow, joy, and alignment are the order of the day, right from where you are right now?

Here’s a tip I learned from Sanaya Roman years ago: You can activate your spiritual purpose through your work, whatever it is, TODAY simply by showing up with a smile, being loving to others, asking that inquiring question that helps someone feel seen or allows them to share their heart.

Another experience I had this week illuminates the point. I had to make appointments through two different health service providers. With one, the scheduler was energetically rigid and unhelpful, probably going through her days miserable and passing that energy on to others. With the other, the scheduler was bright, chipper, adding humor, and throwing in a phrase or two indicating that although she didn’t know me from Eve, she was on my side.

In the first case, the whole process went off inefficiently and insufficiently. In the second, everything was a breeze. We both got off the phone feeling good ~ just from a routine appointment scheduling. I so appreciated the loving touch of this receptionist, which was probably more healing than the actual services I’ll be engaging!

Throughout my 10 years as director of Seven Sisters Mystery School, as just one part of my 1:1 ministry I’ve been helping people create their truly aligned work. Here are some tips for moving into your own sacred enterprise:

• Call upon the Leprechauns. Yes, with their pot of gold, they are masters of money and abundance.
• Call on the Masters of Business Administration. These are the astral allies who govern this realm. Yes, for every earthly domain, there are beings who form the structure of it, and who can be worked with in higher ways.
• Set aside time first thing daily to ground, get into your heart, and spend some time centering with the Divine. Ask: How can I be of service today? How do I need to connect with my people? What content am I inspired to offer today, be it the outline for a course, a blog post, a video or audio? What’s coming through me today that I can offer others?
• Take time to write down or record what you’re receiving. This is allowing the Universe to be your best business coach. Yes, let her guide you!

But Wait, There’s More

Another client wrote me this week: “When I left my job as a middle school teacher back in 2009 to start my own spiritual wellness business, it really took a lot of trial and error and professional business support to help me create the structures and practices I needed to make my business viable.”
