If you’ve been feeling a little more tweaked lately, you’re not alone.
We’ve got serious revelations in the media surfacing material that can feel unsettling, even destabilizing. That, combined ~ perhaps intensified or even provoked by ~ an eclipse corridor accelerating our awareness, the fire horse of the Lunar New Year taking off with us on top without reins, and Saturn and Neptune merging in the sky, stirring questions about what’s real, what’s dissolving, and what must take new form.
For sensitive, spiritually aware people, this kind of convergence can feel like a lot. You may notice:
- Stronger emotional waves.
- Vivid dreams.
- A buzzing or pressure in the nervous system.
- The pull to check the news repeatedly.
- A quiet grief rising without a clear name.
None of this means you’re doing something wrong. It just means you’re picking up on something significant on Mother Earth.
When the world feels intense, the spiritual reflex can go in one of two directions: over-immersion or withdrawal. Some people dive headfirst into every headline, every theory, every unfolding disclosure. Others numb out completely, overwhelmed by the magnitude of it all.
If you feel yourself tightening, take that as information. Your nervous system may be asking for less input, not more. Choose informed engagement rather than compulsive immersion. You are not spiritually bypassing by protecting your inner equilibrium. You are stewarding your ascension.
If strong emotions arise, let them move through your body without immediately attaching them to a narrative. Not every surge of intensity requires interpretation. Sometimes energy is simply integrating.
The world may be revealing what has been buried. Systems may be showing their fractures. Truth may be pushing through layers of denial.
Your task is not to unravel with it. Your task is to become steadier. To soften where fear would harden you. To clarify where confusion would scatter you. To ground where intensity would lift you out of your body.
You don’t have to solve the world this week. You don’t have to decode every disclosure. You don’t have to hold the entire collective field.
You are responsible for your nervous system. Think about periodically regulating your breath, turning off the screen, going for a walk, praying, cooking dinner, choosing not to react.
That is not small work. It is foundational work.
In the coming weeks, we will speak more directly about some of what is surfacing and how to meet it consciously and ethically. For now, let this be your anchor:
Slow the intake. Return to your body. Choose clarity over urgency. Stay tender. Stay clear.
The world needs people who can remain both. And you are capable of that.

I appreciate this very much. I/we need direction from ourselves and others that are wise and I/we trust. I’m on week 2 of not looking at the disturbing revelations. It began to overtake my energy. I was thinking about constantly throughout the day. My red flag came when my tween told me she was having bad dreams. I had allowed the negative energy to enter my home!
Thank you for your thoughtful comments, Maria. Blessings to you and your daughter.
