Miracles at the Seven Sisters Rain Ceremony!
It was beyond our wildest expectations. On Nov 8, as some 40 bright souls sung, rattled, swayed & prayed to spirits of rain & storm, earth & heavens, the dark clouds circled & assemble above. At the culminating moment of the ceremony, gentle drops of blessed water fell down upon us.
During & after this Seven Sisters Rain Prayer Ceremony for CA & the Pacific NW, we were blessed by not one but TWO rainbows!! Here’s one:
The next morning, the San Francisco Bay Area awoke to rare thunder & lightning at this time of year, combined with downpours. Here’s a bolt striking the SF Golden Gate Bridge:
One is not to claim results from any ceremony, but I offer what we witnessed because I think it’s important for us to REMEMBER that the spirits are REAL & respond to our communications. We all need to be speaking with them.
Prayers from indigenous South African healer Mbali Creazzo, Lakota Pueblo medicine woman Verlinda Montoya & her wonderful singers & musician & spirit singer Lis Addison helped us raise the energy beautifully:
Everyone assembled breathed prayers into tobacco, the plant that has agreed to take prayers to Creator, and we assembled them in a garland:
I was honored to be tasked by Verlinda with taking the tobacco prayer ties filled with our prayers for rain & the well-being of our planet to a local tree:

I want to stress that all it takes to save what we love is to get together in circle & communicate with spirits from the heart.
I encourage you all to do your own ceremonies for rain & other healings we need on planet earth. Call upon the First Nation peoples to join with you whenever possible. Remember the scene in the movie Avatar where they pray around the home tree & be inspired. Here it is for your viewing pleasure.
