I’ve Moved to Western Massachusetts
This week I share with you the big news about my move to the Berkshire Mountains. Cherokee Reminders to Live By
Principles to live by from living ancient peoples are so powerful. And so needed right now.
When I attended the Elders Gathering at the Sunray Peace Village at the end of July, I was handed a page with the Seven Reminders of the Tsalagi/Cherokee ancestor known as the Pale One, and the Nine Precepts that maintain right relationship.
The Pale One was a divinely born man who helped the Tsalagi come back into alignment after a period of trouble, much like the Peacemaker of the Haudenosaunee/Iroquois Confederacy.

Worlds came together on the July 26 weekend as First Nation wisdom keepers, Buddhist lamas and Ivy League scientists joined voices & hearts on the provocative theme “we can all trace our roots to the stars.”

The People Who Destroyed My Life
Or… who’s teaching whom?
This past eclipse month I’ve been faced with the karmic nut of my life, the thorn in my side, the splinter in my toe that won’t go away: my relationship with the adults who raised me. This is a story of abandonment and abuse, mixed with sacrifice, duty, good intentions and negative entities.
Sound familiar? My story is just my personal cocktail of poisons on what (in its negative aspect) we may call “trauma planet” earth. I’m now being faced with dealing with it all, front & center, as I consider relocating to the Hudson Valley in NY. I guess: It’s time.
As my father grapples with a fast-acting leukemia and 7 rounds of chemotherapy, I’m having to figure out how I’m going to handle things after many years of estrangement from my parental figures. I’m feeling called to some level of presence & engagement. As a woman of spirit who has felt severely damaged by these folks, how will I do this?

Reuniting with the Subtle Realms
Amidst all of the astrological intensity of late, last weekend my soul was reminded of its purpose and one of its main sources of support on the other side of the veil when I attended the wonderful Fairy and Human Relations Congress June 27-July 1.
It’s been a particularly bumpy ride of late as I’ve learned that my father has suddenly developed a fast-acting leukemia & all sorts of other family dynamics have been kicked up by my presence back on the East Coast, where I am parked for a while now as part of my writing pilgrimage.
So I was particularly grateful to be with several hundred soul kin who gathered at the spectacular Skalitude Retreat Center in Twisp, Washington, for the 19th annual congress. This year’s theme was Embody the Magic of Re-Union between the Realms, and amidst workshops, ritual, music & frolicking we certainly did just that. Ah, the pause that refreshes!

Like many who are becoming aware of the dangers of artificial intelligence (AI), author Nicanor Perlas calls AI, “Humanity’s Last Stand.” That, in fact, is the name of his recent book and was the theme of his lecture and workshop at the Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School in Ghent, NY, which I attended last weekend.
Because I’m passionate about informing others about the dangers of AI, I’m offering here an impressionistic summary of his excellent presentation & the work our group did together. Healing Thru the Art of Doing Nothing
My Grandma Elena taught me a popular Italian phrase: “Dolce far niente.” It means, the sweetness of doing nothing, an art in which the Italians specialize.
Although I’m Italian on all 4 sides, I apparently missed the gene for this in my genetic makeup, however. My life has always been about “doing” – and doing multiple things at the same time. This led to the mid-life “fry” that has in part been the motivator for my writing pilgrimage.

Pleiadian Oracle from Devils Tower, Wyoming
I was not prepared for the grandeur, majesty and power of so-called Devil’s Tower when I visited it on May 9 to do ceremony and pray there. This week’s audio is a recording of the information I received, assisted by Mama Cacao. I highly recommend listening. I share what I received about the nature of the site as a powerful interdimensional portal and also offer powerful Pleiadian teachings that came through to help us in these times.
This power spot helped me fully understand that this writing pilgrimage is also a sacred journey on which I am being guided in order to serve as an Oracle in new ways.

The Woman Who Became a Galaxy
In Ashland, Oregon, the first official stop in my writing pilgrimage, I’ve received the beginnings of mystical teachings from a remarkable woman named Bonnie Gold Bell (pictured here). Several years ago, Bonnie crossed over to the other side, where she is merging with the consciousness and beingness of nothing less than… a galaxy.

Dancing with the Deva of Freedom
I’m in Ashland, Oregon, after a happy but intense & sometimes freaky mountain-moving process of sifting, sorting & discerning through every single belonging of mine. Every object, piece of furniture, item of clothing, sheet of paper, cooking utensil & pan, bottle, jar, can, rubber band, stationary supply & stray twist tie. Every tchotchke, jewel & junky adornment. Every book, every xeroxed scholarly paper conserved for my own research projects & doctoral work. Every kept memento, school paper, poem, letter, card & photo… going back to my childhood & beyond, to my mother’s childhood. Every audio tape & journal (well, didn’t quite get through all of that).

Becoming the Traveling Sacred Writer!
It’s a radical act to give up your entire apartment, all of your furniture, half your wardrobe, many of your books, and most of your other belongings – including files, memorabilia & more. But that’s what I’m in the process of doing.
I’m getting ready to SET FORTH on March 31, 2019, in my red Toyota, named “Steed of Fiery Hope,” for an extended road trip that will take me to the homes of friends, clients & family for at least 9 months & possibly as much as 12 or 14.
I’ll be carrying with me only my essentials for the sojourn. Other absolute life essentials will be put in a small 4.5X8 storage unit.
Yes, I’m releasing belongings & becoming the itinerant priestess. I’ll be learning more about what we really need to live & what we can do just fine without. Lightening the load.
